I am writing to complain about the holiday camp: "Thomsuns Holiday Camp" which I visited this summer with my friends.
First of all, we were promised to sleep in beautiful stone bungalows but we were deceived because we were given tents and we were said that all the meals were included but we ate spaghetti and sandwiches every day. Furthermore the brochure of the holiday camp said that we have included two activities in the camp: mountain-climbing and cycling but the mountain biking were cancelled for the whole week, the brochure said too that we were going to practice our English with local people and we did not have enough opportunities to do this. Finally you offered that we would had included free pick-up service from railway station but that was not true, nobody pick us up, we had to take a taxi.
I would be grateful if you would give me a refund because I am obviously not satisfied.
